We conducted quality control plan from incoming material to finished products. Self-inspection ability needed for each working stand on production to ensure no any defect parts going to next stand. In addition to specified SOP, tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) and 6 sigma analysis are implemented to improve manufacturing. Customer’s satisfaction is what we care most as top priority.
